These are the best things that I know of
for fatigue:
Lots of Nettle Tea (and/or liquid nettle
Herb Inc Chloroxygen)
Royal Jelly
A teaspoon working up to a tablespoon of coconut oil per day (to kill off
any yeast) - along those lines, about 10 to 20 billion probiotics daily.
Find out what food allergies you have - silent food allergies often
cause fatigue (try either the Elisa blood test or the Naet method (Arlington
Allergy Center does the Naet method).
If you like caffeine, or think you can't
go without it, try yerba mate for awhile, and then you can wean off that much
easier. The caffeine in it is different than other caffienes.
Other causes:
Yeast overload - Coconut Oil, Grapefruit Seed Extract, and Probiotics with a huge reduction/elimination of sugar.

Adrenal fatigue - stop drinking out of plastic bottles, vitamin D, omega 3s, exercise, and greatly reduce sugar.

Low Iron -
Try Chlorophyll to up your iron levels. This is especially great for pregnancy/breastfeeding.
Nano-Iron supplement can be helpful.
Do not take any Iron supplement that is in a conventional vitamin. For most people, that type of supplement leads to constipation.
