Fruits of the Spirit Verses and contemplations

If Christians would consider that we should all act with the Fruits of the Spirit in mind, Christians would all be better off. In other words, does your statement portray a fruit of the Spirit? No? Then don't say it.

Also, it helps greatly in your spiritual walk to view GOD and the Bible and the Spiritual Realm - with the Fruits of the Spirit in mind.  It can really change your viewpoint/worldview.

Galatians 5:22-23

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

1 John 4:8

Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.

1 Peter 4:8

Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.

1 Corinthians 13:1-5

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;

Colossians 3:12Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Romans 13:10

Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Romans 8:6

For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.

Ephesians 4:1-3

I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

1 John 4:7

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.

Ephesians 5:9

(for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true),

Colossians 3:14

And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

Matthew 7:15-20

“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit.
